Childbirth Classes

Childbirth Classes are presented almost every other month and those signing up for them will be notified when the next class is forming. We recommend that you sign up for childbirth classes as early as possible in your pregnancy and we will notify you of the next class to form. Since this is an active, hands-on class, we encourage mothers-to-be to bring a blanket or mat to lay on and a pillow to help them get comfortable. We also strongly encourage you to bring a partner to class, preferably the person who will accompany you during labor.
