Volunteer Opportunities

Women:

• Counseling one on one
• Mentoring one on one
• Facilitating or helpin to facilitate a post abortion Bible study

Men:

• Leading Thursday evening men's parenting classes & Bible study

Everyone:

• Fundrai$ing
• Entering data into the computer
• Being creative (brochures &/or clever ads)
• Babysitting for Thursday evening parenting classes
• Joining us in the DC public schools for parenting classes
• Helping to maintain or building (painting, caulking, fixing all our old building needs)
• Assisting with general office duties (photocopying, helping with mass mailings, etc.)
• Acting as receptionist (answering the phone & the door) mornings, afternoons, &/or evenings
• Collecting & delivering your mom's group or neighborhood's gently used baby clothes & equipment
• Helping to maintain the flow of donated maternity clothes &baby clothes & equipment (sorting, folding, organizing, &/or cleaning)

Groups:

• Throwing a baby shower for the center
• Cooking a meal for our Thursday evening parenting class
